Life after death
Day 16 - Bunzo (sj) and Space Jam (taa) one each only in both tiles.
Day 17 - Dragonair (sj), !ion!ion (taa), and Wonky Curves (pc).
Day 18 - B'twined (sj). Unfortunately, this tangle was the only one on day 18 I was able to work with. For 'it' not to be so alone on the tile I added yesterday's Dragonair-cum-Toodles sort of and some ever trusty Fescu and Tipple.
Day 19 - Molygon (sj). I always wanted to do this 'articulated' Molygon, which was fashionable among tanglers around November 2018 or 2 years ago!!! Mine are snaking up the medical symbol Caduceus. The second Molygon (sj) tile with Windfarm (taa).

Killing Time
Here comes the 4th puzzle challenge. Again, the first image reads SANDBOX
and is your clue on how to solve images 17-20. Solution are found at the
very end of this post.
In my last post I announced this video about Viktor Larkhill's rescue of
Huckleberry in Turkey. What went wrong? I am a cry-baby when things go wrong
with animals. And now, typing only this few words make me remember
everything again and the waterworks flow. Please click. Thanks.
Lovely serie of tiles. It is nice that you have developed your own style, that is why day 28 is my fave, I could recognize this as yours from 1000 others. Also what you did on that monotile with Tropicana is wonderful and you have made a very original tile with Hamadox. I still like to draw but at the moment I take a little pauze. When I have red the sad story of Huckleberry, I hugged my own little Jools, the streetdog from the Azores. She is a bit a copy of Huckleberry and we love each other. So sad, and that happens every day, all over the world with so many animals. Big shame!!!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for your kind comment, Ria. Yes, the Tropicana tile was a last decision. I drew that before the mix tile and didn't like it. It had no up and no down, it looked weird. A few days later I saw it lying on its side and it clicked. Maybe Tropicana is not instantly recognizable, but I am really happy with how it turned out.
DeleteHuckleberry's story is very sad indeed. Some may say it wasn't to be. I say we need to change how we treat, abuse, torture and easily euthanize animals of all kind for no apparent reason. The good news? In many other countries this dog would have been evaluated first before putting him into the gas chamber. A - men.
