Here another one of those brain teasers. A new set of 6 puzzles. I didn't get #2, but have to admit, it is rather clever. So if you are stuck as well, don't give up as quickly as I did.

Animal Happy Day

A long but very touching dog rescue story that happened in Spain. 

Imagine you are a homeless big dog with a huge lump on your foot and people are shooting at you and chasing you over gravel and earth piles because they think you are dangerous...evil even. You can hardly walk and you are in enormous pain because the lump on your foot is very heavy and infected and you always step on it. New faces show up and they, too, chase you and again you manage to get away...however, this time you have run out of luck. They don't give up and after many hours they catch you. 

This is ALMA's story...

On a more Private Note:

New Year Resolutions. I had a few for 2024. Finish the Stepouts of the Month from last year, which I have done and will be included in my next post. Partake in the Fragment of Your Imagination 2024 challenge, which I obviously did as well. I was also doing all my Daily Yoga Challenges, 4 in all, every single day! Yes, January's days were a bit stressful at times, but only until I rolled out my mat. Then the world was OK again.  

One of my Yoga challenge sessions ended with poem, which I would like to share with you here. I am not at all a poem person, but this one made me listen. It is by Erin Hanson and in case you are interested, it was at the end of Charlie Follows' practice day 20 called 45 Min Full Body Yoga Flow.

You are your Home

If there's one thing I may tell you

Let it be this : You Are Your Home

Your body is the only house

that you will ever truly own.

Maybe it's got some broken windows,

Maybe there are tear stains on the floors,

Maybe you lock the things you wish you weren't behind its many doors..

But there is wisdom on its bookshelves

And, a laugh to light the rooms.

There's a vase on the table, where the love you've grown all blooms.

Dreams sit on the mantelpiece, next to kindness and your trust,

Where you use them all so often, they have no time to collect dust.

Your body is your shelter, so you deserve to love it all

Don't let the world stand around outside, and tell you how to paint it's walls.

How lucky that you have somewhere to protect you from the night

And, if there's cracks left from the past? 

Well, then they just let in more light
