published September 9th, festuring tangles Narfello, Araknidz, Kettling,

ZIA MayDays Alphabet Strings
I did it! My heart was not in the light yellow ZIA MayDays Alphabet Strings
set, but the official challenge is now done. The author of the challenge
left out 2 letters though, V and Z. Honestly, would you not do them now that
you have done 12/13th of the Alphabet?
Day 21, letter C - Connesses, Come and Go, ConeGlobe
Day 22, letter H - Hamail, Hatooringkle, Hayastone
Day 23, letter N - Noara, Nome, Neuron
Day 24, letter R - Roloflex, Radar Crown,
Rosella

...Zentangle Project Pack #18 - my try on drawing on Vellum (tracing) paper.
Didn't turn out as it should, but I like the fact that it is easier to melt
the white gel highlight into the black. Tangles used: Asian Fans, Ballace,
Ferngally, Coraflux.
...August. August was a tangle we used on the last day of August's Tange 365 challenge. I had to draw it again and so I put it on my Journal cover #11 together with Jetties.

7 Forest 5 Rivers
7F5R TTT or Tea & Tuesday Tangle September 13th - Ocsidot. I needed a
break from my mini tile Tangle 365 challenge. Ocsidot came in handy. In
fact, it just took off ...
Ocsidot, the abstract version.
Ocsidot, the vine version.
...more Oscidot...different versions...
...even more Ocsidot, this one a mandala...
...until finally the last Ocsidot.

A Different Kind of Art
Problem: Plastic Bags
Solution: Rope
Art:
for some ideas including... you guessed it: Pumpkins
There are many DIY youTube videos out there and often I thought, this is the
one I will try - only to never get a round Toit. However, the plastic
bag-cum-rope video tut of only 2 min was so simple and inspiring I had to
give 'roping' a go.
And here my own, growing and truly endless plastic bag rope.
Animal Happy Day
Here is another Mark Levin Dog Show video. The dancers are from my home
country, Switzerland, and I was mesmerised while watching their
performance.
Thank you for visiting my blog and if you need some rain...come to Thailand,
We are drowning in water. This is what I had to do to protect my cacti
exposed to the weather. They usually survive the our rainy seasons, even
when it rains a few days in a row or 24 hrs non-stop, but weeks of daily rains??!! So far so
good.
Coal, please, you are overreaching...respect my space. I can't draw with
your legs spread over my journal.
I always enjoy your posts, and your fabulous creativity,... even if I don't comment. I remember your last post there was no "cats" update And I was so disappointed...lol! But today... Coal looks like he is light-bathing under your drawing lamp. He looks so comfy! Thank you for the kitty photo!
ReplyDeleteHi A. Thank you so much for your kind words concerning my tiles but more so for obviously being an animal lover and probably a cat lover in particular. I love your remark light-bathing. LOL Indeed. Coal is an active attention seeker, blobs himself on my work in progress several times a day and all I can do is cap the pen and cuddle with him. He is still naughty, but, lady, can he capture your heart. No problem not commenting, but now I know you will be popping by. Thank you for that, too.
