What a difference. I can finally approach these daily prompts in a relaxed and
enjoyable fashion and have time to do the things that I had to leave by the
wayside such as...ironing... (ehh, maybe I better hang back again.)
Day 121 (May 1) Rezeda - 4 tiles. I started with the green; by tile 3 I knew
my alterations were getting out of hand - hence back to basic with tile 4.

It has been a while since I visited ZIA group on FB, but I was lucky that I caught the May Alphabet String challenge just in time. So this is part 1 of 'I-don't-know-how-many-parts-in-total-yet', but true to my word, I will do them all. The Rules were pretty simple. Tangle names need to start with the string letter given and the string letter needs to be clearly seen. Oops!
...the Zentangle HQ reminder that May is the month for Mental Health Awareness in the States and they appropriately use the tangle 'Well' to honour it. I decided to create a similar tangle for this occasion...an open knot I named Pom Dok Ma.I (stepout below).

G-Tangles for ZIA's May challenge 'Alphabet Strings'.

by J. Murphy. Same as above with Gadroon. The tangle intreged me somehow. So I
decided I will use it as a 'warm up for tangling' tangle.

My New Tangle...
...Pom Dok Ma.I, or, in English, Knot Flower. I got the idea from the above
ZHQ Mental Health 2022 project.
To May, the US National Mental Health Month. At the end of this video it
says that I should share this video with someone...I chose you.
A picture is worth a thousand words. However, the picture with CO and Coal together fools you. There is no camaraderie. friendship or even BBF (Best Brothers Forever) among these two. But each time I see them together like this my hope rises. Coal is still young, he can change, but can CO?
BTW, CO is back on meds...got into a fight with another cat and now suffers from a small hole inside his ear. It is a never ending story with this silly loony cat. Coal, on the other hand, prefers to stick at home more so I got myself a clever loony cat, too.
Tangle 365 - Daily Bite-Sized Prompts April 2022...
...and on goes catch up speed drawing, but I am closing in!
Day 91 (Apr 1) Anluci - Fairies dancing
Day 92 (Apr 2) Bridges
Day 93 (Apr 3) Fan and Day 96 (Apr 6) Flutterby Wings*
Day 95 (Apr 5) Bowie
* When I saw Fan and Flutterby Wings I shook my head, took a deep breath in and let it out with a deep hopelessness. Nope, I thought, I will skip these 2 for sure. But then, me giving up? No way. I kept coming back to the 2...tried combining them somehow until finally I was ready to accepted this very real challenge and produce a tile. That was then... Now I love the tangles and like the tile which I consider as one of my top favorites in this series. Thanks creators Angelina Foong (Fan) and Nancy Swanger (Flutterby Wings) for sending in your patterns and letting me (!) 'struggle' with them.
I collect all my Tangle 365 - Daily Bite-Sized Prompts 2022 tiles in this Google Album.

Mom helps rescuers digging for her babies, buried under a collapsed house.
I have a new motto for my Tangle 365 days.... "Keep Up, Lil' Susie 🎵". I finally made it and caught up April 24th. Huff-puff! 😅
Thanks so much for visiting. I am a little bit in a hurry, but I can assure you, both my roommates are doing fine. It is me who suffers. The tyrants are waking me earlier and earlier (now ~ 3.30am) which forces me into earlier and earlier bedtimes.
Still on my catch up trip. I was doing very well until I bought a new laptop
with a new windows number: Eleven. I always ran into problems with newly
released Window versions and this upgrade is no exception. I have enough
experience to fix issues by making changes to the registry, but I am really at a
loss when I can't find solutions to problems I urgently need fixing. Speak the
File Explorer's Search field. One step fore means first fixing 3 to 6 other
settings/issues first. Help! (Update at time of publication: Found the fix! Me am happy again!)
Anyway, the above situation has slowed me in my catch up efforts. The week I
won is lost again and has me speed-drawing again.
Tiles are business cards, 5 x 6 cm where the drawing area is 5 x 5 cm.
Stray kitten gets picked up by tour-around-the-world guy... Lucky Guy!
And a needle away from Death...
Not so quick. Death, you've got to wait many years longer for this cutie.
I have my own fighting club at home since Coal insisted, my house is now his new home. CO, who's bite wound on the shoulder has finally healed, and Coal, this young, obnoxious kitty who still needs to adjust to CO and my more calm and peaceful household, in a rare state of all-is-well-on-the-Andrea-Doria.
Each is waiting for the other to make the first move.
