Jeez, I can't remember when I started this tile, but it was a loooong time ago. Today, I am really glad I finished it.

Inspired by...

...drawing a multi tangle tile to produce a big mess. Actually this is only half the truth. I bought some new tiles and had to try them out (this tile was on the back burner as well - with good reason). As for the tile quality: good for water-coloring; bad for using color pencil and shading. Above two light blue Org Tangles were drawn on the same tiles.

Animal Happy Day

Are these absolutely cute and very beautiful cat brothers real? I am pretty good at distinguishing between real and AI generated content and, yes, I think these are real. What do you think? I wished my two male cats had just an inkling of love for each other like these two.

Ehh...I hope you haven’t already broken your New Year’s resolutions or have you… 😄

(Or maybe you were clever and didn’t make any promises at all - very wise.)

Either way, if you’re 65+, I have a tiny, harmless, slightly revealing test for you. No gym membership required. Just curiosity and maybe a sense of humor. 😁

Give these a try:

1. Can you get up from a low chair without using your hands or arms?

2. Can you walk backwards in a straight line without peeking or leaning forward?

3. With straight legs, can you bend over and touch your toes?

4. How’s your balance - rock solid, wobbly, or “depends on the day”?

5. Can you sit down on the floor and get back up again without using hands or knees?

If you breezed through these - congratulations! 🎉

If not… congratulations too - you may have just found your new New Year’s Resolution.

Because it’s never too late to start.

Not too late to improve.

And definitely not too late to surprise yourself.
