April 27 - MSST
These pastel-colored tiles are cut out of a book. Sometimes they have little birds, fish, small, slim figures, or other shapes on the page. I usually avoid them, but on this tile I didn't.

April 15 - Four 8 (Stepout13)
Drew two tiles of Four 8. One very much Zentangle-art like and the other
more along the "where on earth are the Four 8s?" style.
How many Four 8s are there?

...the tangle Jajazz with Nzeppel on a string by YuRu Chen. I just wanted to draw a quick and easy tile. No overthinking the 'string' (I never use one anyway), no absurd design, and no color arrangements. Just a white tile and black pen with little shading.
Thanks for hopping by and
have a nice one.
Solutions to the May 2026 Brainteasers

Sandhya Manne STUDIO's Foundabout Tangle Tutorial
Week 16 - Zentangle Weekly 2026
Tangles used: Sinchun, Foundabout, Ovolution, and Nzeppel.
I honestly can’t remember how I stumbled across this artist, but I’m glad I did. While exploring her YouTube channel I noticed her mini project she launched on beginning of January called "Zentangle Weekly 2026." Fast forward to today, and she has already shared 22 weekly tutorials, each adding another piece to the journey. Curious to see what it was all about, I clicked through some of her videos and soon found myself happily drawing along the week 16 tutorial. Her teaching style is relaxed, easy to follow, and genuinely enjoyable. I certainly plan to return for more.
I also appreciate that she lists the tangles she used in each tutorial in the description, making it easy to look up the step outs if needed.

Animal Happy Day
Yes, this is a loooong video… 27 minutes to be exact. 😄 It’s about the rescue of two baby cows, and honestly, parts of the video looked strangely blurry to me at first… until I realized the problem was not the camera. It was my eyes filling up with tears from laughing and being ridiculously happy for these little moo-machines.
Now, fair warning: there *is* one tiny sad moment somewhere in the middle. But don’t start hunting for it by dragging the timeline back and forth like an FBI investigator. 😂 It’s only briefly mentioned, and chances are you’ll completely miss it if you wander off to the kitchen to make coffee while “distance-watching” the story.
So just sit back, relax, and prepare for a full emotional journey featuring chaos, cuteness, and two highly determined baby cows. 🐄🐄
Coal strategically positioned on the window guards, carefully monitoring my plant-watering performance.
At first glance you may think:
“There’s no cat in this picture.”
See that suspicious little black dot in the middle at the far end?
That’s him. That's Coal.
Need proof?
"Hey you, how did I do today?"
Hmmm... at least he is not yawning!
Thanks for hopping by and
have a nice one.
